Post Doc

I, Shikha Malik, a native of Sonipat in Haryana, have done my post-graduation from the Silicon Valley of India. Intrigued by the charm of biotechnology, I endeavoured to comprehend the intricacies of science by working as JRF in THSTI, Gurugram only to be catapulted into the Ph.D programme at DCRUST, Murthal.

The pursuit of science and its wonders have not stopped here as the stroke of destiny and my sheer perseverance has landed me at ACTREC where I am working to demystify the effect of cellular ageing on intestinal tissue homeostasis in Drosophila.

Apart from being a science enthusiast, I do find pleasures of life in travels across the country, adopting a healthy diet and spending time with my wonderful family.
